To be eligible for a return for The Pod Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. Added the Ultra Insulated Cover Set and immediately noticed the difference in water temp. If you live in a warm climate most of the year, I’d highly recommend you invest in this extra insulation. I love that the cover fits perfectly and can latch and cinch down tighter, forming a better seal. The wrap-around midsection is easy/straightforward and fits snug with the Velcro. Great product for keeping your water temp lower for longer.
It’s great not only does it keep the tub well insulated reducing heat gain and energy consumption, it also protects the tub from UV rays from the sun as well as reducing condensation to almost nothing which also addresses organic growth concerns.
This is the 2nd wrap we have purchased. The first wrap lasted approximately 2 years. Definitely helps keep the water cold and protects the ice pod from sun damage. Completely worth the investment!!

Had to take one star off because the lid should be more rigid across the center. I’m thinking of making an internal frame and attach it to the underside. Without this, the center will sag slightly which will be particularly evident after it rains- a large puddle of water will sag the center and stand until it evaporates. Otherwise seems to work as intended for insulation. Clips x 4 are easy.
I’m really enjoying both the sauna and the ice pod. But the sauna isn’t as hot as I expected it to be!

Living here in central Texas during Summer can be brutal. The heat is unforgiving and can really mess up plans. Such as enjoying my Long Pod for a nice plunge. Having my (non Pod Company that was a gift) chiller at set 40 degrees was only getting my water to 59 degrees. I had tried everything. Then I found out that they made the insulation kit…finally! The day after I installed it the water temp finally got down to 49. Not quite the temp I want it but now I’m able to make the plunge and feel some relief. Thank yall for making such great quality products that actually work. One day I plan to up grade to a Pod Company chiller and possibly a sauna

This cover works great to hold up to the rain. I like that it has clips to survive heavy wind. My prior cover would collapse from heavy rain. I think this is a must have to help insulate the cold plunge if you want to use in the summer months. I knocked it 1 star because I don’t think it insulates as well as the inflatable plunges. It is decent for the price tag. Overall an effective plunge for under $1.2k

The long pod insulated cover set is truly a fantastic future for my long pond! I have noticed, especially in the colder weather, that the installation of the pod is remarkable based on the outdoor temperature being much colder in the winter months. It also keeps all of the debris off of, and in, the ice pod. I think it is a very good product for someone who wants to use it not just in the summer, but also in the winter as it helps the temperature and protect protection
The long pod is a great product. It helps keep inflammation down after my runs. Since I’ve started doing ice baths I haven’t had anymore issues with my knees. They really are a miracle worker!
I like the cover with the straps, but based on my tub's location, it was unwieldy to affix that AND the elastic cover, so I've been going without the elastic cover. I wish the elastic cover was part of the folding cover with strips as one piece.
Great fit! The other option is great if you use it everyday, but this keeps the rain water out as well which helps keep the water quality high.

Pod works great. Better than "barrel" shape. Easy to get in and out of. being lower to the ground, makes it easier for my short girlfriend at 52 to get in and out of. also, the oval design means I don’t have to pull my knees up to my chest to make sure my entire body all the way up to my chin can be submerged. The insulator is definitely needed in warmer climates. I live in SoCal so it gets hot and this has significantly reduced the work the chiller has to do. Very happy with this addition.
We are so glad to have this insulated cover. Not only did we notice a dramatic difference in the time it took for the water to chill, and we also believe it is keeping the water cooler longer, but we also felt this was incredibly important as a child safety measure to prevent our two-year-old from climbing in. The buckles are sturdy and it fits snugly on the tub. It looks great.
Even with 100 degree weather, it has minimal condensation and keeps my water cold.
No only does my Cold Pludge feel great and the chiller has to work less, but it looks professional also!
POD was good but on those hot summer days it would sweat and warm up. Once I put in the insulating wrap and cover on the water temp never went above one degree warmer than what the chiller was set at.
