    We ship all orders from our warehouses located California or North Carolina depending on your location to make sure your order arrives as quickly and as safely as possible.

    We offer Free Shipping to all of USA (orders above $200), with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska & military bases (shipping for these locations starts from $16 depending on the product and weight). We ship using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

    You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-3 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order).     Pods (Ice Pod or Long Pod): If you are unhappy with your Pod for any reason, you have 30(!) days to return it for a full refund. Note: The product needs to be in unused condition, see our return policy for more details. You can take the Pod out of the box and check the size / quality with an option to exchange it for a different Pod provided you don't fill it with water.

    Pod Chiller: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Pod Chiller. To be eligible for a return for The Pod Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it,  please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

    Sauna Pod: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Sauna Pod. To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out for size and assess the quality of material, but if you have used it then you are not eligible for a refund.

    After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 10 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.

    How much ice do i need?

    Each pound of ice gives you around 30 seconds of cold shower. We recommend using between 2-4 lb. of ice for each session, depending on the desired duration of your cold shower.

    The Shower Pod holds up to 4lb. of ice, 2lb. is enough for one cold shower though, and is what we recommend.

    How long should each cold shower be?

    To get the health benefits, studies has shown that anything above 20 seconds under an ice cold shower is enough to reap all the health benefits and get that energy kick!

    But my shower already has cold water?

    All showers does indeed have "cold" water, the issue is that 95% of showers/tep water is above 60°F, and isn't actually cold enough to give the benefits of cold therapy.

    With the ShowerPod, the water instantly gets cooled down to 37-42°F, which is ideal for cold therapy and will give you all the health benefits and energy boost!

    Cold Shower VS Ice Bath?

    A 30+ second cold shower will still give you 90% of the benefits of cold therapy compared to ice baths. The ShowerPod uses a lot less ice, is more convenient and super travel friendly, plus it's a very affordable way to get started with cold therapy.

    The product doesnt work, the idea is great but the ice just falls out of the tray, it cant balance as the ice melts so it just tips over. I asked for return/refund and they didnt approve becusee the product got wet, lol. Its only $50 ok no problem, but its the principle, i wouldnt support this company in the future.

    It adds the much-needed practicality to the whole "cold therapy" experience. I imported it to India. I was thinking the straps wouldn't be long enough to fit in a 5 feet wide bathroom, but it was a perfect fit. I was able to stack a little over 3KGs of ice in this pod, no problem.
