I’ve been using these panels consistently for a while now, and they’ve become a regular part of my routine. I originally bought them hoping they’d be good, but I’ve ended up being genuinely impressed with both the experience and build quality. I now use them four days a week and genuinely look forward to the sessions. I split my use into dedicated red-light and near-infrared days — red light Monday and Thursday, near-infrared Tuesday and Friday, with rest days built in. Having a consistent cadence has made it easy to stick with and turn into part of my routine. The biggest differentiator for me has been the power output. I’m a numbers person, so I bought a solar power meter and measured the panels myself rather than just relying on marketing claims. At roughly 12 inches away, I measured output around 1500 W/m², which equates to about 150 mW/cm² (the measurement more commonly referenced in the red-light industry). I included photos of the readings because I thought it was worth documenting. You can also feel the difference pretty quickly. There’s an immediate warmth to the panels that makes them feel substantial in use, and they don’t feel underpowered. Compared to a lot of what I researched, these feel noticeably more powerful in real-world use. I ended up building out a larger setup (shown in the photos) with four panels stacked in a 2×2 arrangement and a fifth angled overhead panel. Installation took a little creativity, especially stacking the panels vertically, but it was definitely doable using the included mounting hardware. I angled the panels slightly inward to avoid dead space down the middle and improve coverage, while the overhead panel helps cover the face and upper body. One thing I appreciate is that the panels feel solid and well made. Nothing about them feels cheap. After spending a lot of time researching the space, measuring these myself, and now using them consistently, I’m very happy with the purchase. For the power output, overall experience, and price point, these have been a great addition to my routine. If I were buying again, I’d absolutely go the same route. Highly recommend.
