Please note that from 11/14 until 12/7 we will be extending our Returns policy. If you order during this period you will be able to return your order up until 12/31 for orders placed in November and up until 01/14/2026 for orders placed in December.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders from our warehouses located California or North Carolina depending on your location to make sure your order arrives as quickly and as safely as possible.

We offer Free Shipping to all of USA (orders above $200), with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska & military bases (shipping for these locations starts from $16 depending on the product and weight). We ship using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-3 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). RETURNS

Pods (Ice Pod or Long Pod): If you are unhappy with your Pod for any reason, you have 30(!) days to return it for a full refund. You can take the Pod out of the box and check the size / quality with an option to exchange it for a different Pod provided you don't fill it with water.

Pod Chiller: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Pod Chiller. To be eligible for a return for The Pod Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it,  please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

Sauna Pod: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Sauna Pod. To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out for size and assess the quality of material, but if you have used it then you are not eligible for a refund.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 10 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.
