We ship all orders from our warehouses located California or North Carolina depending on your location to make sure your order arrives as quickly and as safely as possible.

We offer Free Shipping to all of USA (orders above $200), with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska & military bases (shipping for these locations starts from $16 depending on the product and weight). We ship using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-3 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it,  please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

Sauna Pod: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Sauna Pod. To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out for size and assess the quality of material, but if you have used it then you are not eligible for a refund.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 10 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.

The Sauna Pod has been amazing so far. It gets to 185F very quickly (15ish minutes) and at 6’4” 200 lbs I still fit in it comfortably. The “window” off of the front allows me to watch my TV in my garage where I set mine up. Easy to clean, takes up minimal space, and works as well as any sauna I have been in before. Actually, this gets hotter than other larger, more expensive wooden/glass saunas priced $2500+. You rocked it with this product!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much ice do I need to add?

We recommend adding 15-40lbs (7-18kg) of ice to the Ice Pod per session depending on the initial water temperature. The amount of ice needed highly depends on your tap water temperature, the climate you live in, and how cold you desire it to be. If you live in colder climates, adding ice may not even be needed.

We also offer our XXL Ice Block which makes huge 3lb. ice blocks in your home freezer that will last significantly longer than regular cubed ice, and melt a lot slower.

Since the IcePod is insulated it will keep the water cold for longer, and you may therefore not have to add as much ice after the first time.

How do I keep the water clean?

To keep the water clean for long periods of time, we recommend getting our Water Maintenance Pack

This Pack includes 2 months supply of our custom formulated disinfectant & cleanser you need to have perfect clean and clear water. Using these products, you'll likely not have to change your water for weeks to months.

If you don't use sanitizer in your ice bath, we recommend changing the water once per week or every 3-5 sessions.

Can the Ice Pod & Sauna Pod be used outdoors?

Yes!

We engineered both Pods to be weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up inside or outside.

If you live in a colder climate (especially when below freezing) we recommend bringing your SaunaPod inside during that season. The same applies for rain, the outside material is waterproof but excessive rainfall or storms could damage it over time.

Whereas for the Ice Pod you can keep it outside even in temperatures below freezing. The insulation layer makes the water turn to ice a lot slower. When temperatures are below freezing you will need to stir the water at least once a day to keep the water from freezing completely solid. Alternatively we have the Water Jet which keeps water moving at all times and prevents it freezing solid (plus it makes the water feel much colder)

If you use the Pod Chiller outdoors, do be cautious in freezing conditions, and follow the recommendations in the manual that comes with your chiller.

How do I drain the Ice Pod?

The Ice Pod comes with a tap at the bottom for draining. To drain it, connect a standard garden hose or simply open the tap depending on where the pod is set up.

Does it include a cover?

Yes. both the standard and Pro Ice Pod includes a waterproof cover to keep the water clean.

We also offer an insulated lid that will keep the water cold for longer.

How long should each ice bath / sauna session be?

For cold plunging: To get the health benefits, you'll need to stay in cold water below 59° Fahrenheit (15°C) for 3-5 minutes. Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. Each individual is different and some people can tolerate lower temperatures.

For sauna sessions: We recommend sessions to be 15-30 minutes. If you're a regular sauna user, you may be able to stay longer. It is unlikely that you'll experience more significant health benefits by staying inside for longer as your body will have cleared out the majority of harmful toxins inside the body through sweating within the first 10-15 min.

How do I assemble the Ice Pod?

What temperature do you recommend for cold plunging?

We recommend starting out with your ice bath tub temperature at around 59° Fahrenheit (15°C) if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get acclimated to the cold.

For the seasoned ice vikings, get the water below 50°F to really feel the kick, and stay in for at least 2 minutes for optimal benefits.

How does the Sauna get hot?

It's a hot air based system, heat is generated from our patent pending electric heater, think of it as a miniature version of a regular sauna stove. No steam or water is needed, providing genuine heat without the dampness.

How long does the Sauna Pod take to heat up?

The Sauna Pod will heat up to 185°F in 15-20 minutes.

Is the Sauna Pod gonna run up my electricity bill?

No, it won't.

The Sauna Pod uses 1500 watt per hour, which equates to $0.25-0.50 (depending on your electricity prices). This means each sauna session will cost you less than a dollar.

What materials are used to make the Sauna Pod?

Beyond the 100% natural cotton used for the majority of the Pod, the Sauna is also made up of the following materials:

  • The window is food grade TPU, which is designed for temperatures up to 220°F and free from BPAs / phthalates / and other bad chemicals. It's a transparent silicone (used in food products too so it's the highest possible grade). It is odorless with zero toxic chemicals
  • The PVC floor is made from the same material as the window
  • The Heater is mainly made from metal, with an ABS plastic rim (free from any harmful chemicals) and rated for temperatures above 300°F+ (it's the same type of hard plastic that is used in water boilers / kettles)

What order should I use the Sauna and Ice Bath in?

We recommend starting with heat then moving to cold after. This is the most common way to practice contrast therapy.

Repeating the cycle can increase the effects, and benefits of heat and cold exposure.

A sauna will cause vasodilation whereas the ice bath will trigger vasoconstriction.

Is it safe to go from sauna to ice bath?

Yes! We recommend if you're new to contrast therapy (switching between hot and cold exposure) that you start with shorter sessions and avoid extreme changes in temperature. You should regulate the temperature of your sauna or ice bath to allow for a less extreme shift in temperatures.

You can also cool down briefly after exiting the sauna (this will also allow your heart rate to drop) then plunge in the ice bath.

When is the best time to do a sauna and ice bath?

This is totally up to you, the individual. You may want to cycle between the hot and cold after a workout or run to increase recovery. Alternatively, practicing contrast therapy in the morning can help with mental clarity and a mood boost for the day. Some people even like to do it before sleep as it can help to promote relaxation and a deeper sleep.

My gym is closing so I had to find a sauna alternative. I watched a lot of reviews and landed on the Sauna Pod. With a few modifications, I love it. I can get it to about 175 degrees in 15-20 minutes. My basement is cold so I added blankets to the top to help insulate. Not a fan of the chair that comes with it. It’s too low and very itchy without a shirt. I switched to a barstool for the first week then got a bamboo chair with a back and built a small platform to get higher. Again, with getting higher I absolutely love it.

I’m 6’1 and I have a hard time standing up because the chair is so low and replaced it with a bar stool and that works much better. Wish it would get hotter in the morning but I’m still learning about how the outdoor temperature effects on high it will go. On a warm day it reached over 190 degrees, but in the mornings it’s between 160 to 170 and that feels good. So far very happy with this.

After reading the synopsis of the recent 20 year Finish study regarding sauna time and reduced mortality and morbidity - we knew we had to get ourselves a sauna! We have neither the room nor the finances for a large, wooden structure (3 kids in college - they eat up both space and money) so I started the search for the perfect portable sauna. I looked at steam, infrared and dry heat (aka The Pod). It came down to infrared v. dry and frankly the reviews of The Pod won us over. We found a space, put it together and have enjoyed a few sessions. I will say - we goofed when putting it together and cannot get the zipper all the way closed (we’ll fix that this weekend) so we can’t get up to 185° yet. We still sweat a bit but can’t wait to max it out. I feel great after a session. I leave my phone outside - this is ME time. I just sit back, relax and let the toxins go. I haven’t put in the time to swear to faster recovery times but my son is a lifter (benches 315, box squats 695, etc) he says he feels much better after a sauna session. It’s early on and the jury is still out but I think it’s the best anniversary gift my husband and I have ever invested in (and it’s the 29th gift!).

I’ve been using the SaunaPod about 5 days a week for the past couple of months and I couldn’t be happier with it. It has honestly become one of my favorite parts of my routine and something I genuinely look forward to each day. What started as “let’s see if this actually works” quickly turned into something I use consistently because of how good I feel afterward. The convenience of having something this effective at home has been a game changer. The heat performance has exceeded my expectations. My pod is in my basement, which usually stays around 62–67°F. I preheat it for about 20–25 minutes on max and place a couple heavy blankets over the top to help retain heat (especially near the zipper/window area where heat naturally escapes). Doing that, I can consistently get the thermometer near the top over 200°F, as shown in the photo. Once I’m inside, my body cools the air down and it tends to stabilize around 185–190°F near the upper portion. I’m about 5’9” and personally prefer standing in it because the heat is strongest toward the top. Chest level is definitely lower than 200°F, but still very hot, comfortable, and more than enough to work up a serious sweat. I usually stay in for 25–30 minutes and lose around 1.5–2 lbs of water weight per session. I’ve also noticed improvements in my Apple Watch health metrics with no other changes to my routine — lower resting heart rate, improved HRV, better recovery, and improved sleep quality. Beyond the numbers, I simply feel more relaxed, less stressed, and better overall. One thing I unexpectedly enjoy is that it gets hot enough that I leave electronics outside. I’ll bring a book or my Bible in and just use the time to unplug, reflect, and reset. It’s become a genuinely calming part of my week. For the price, convenience, footprint, and the heat I’m able to get out of it, this has been an incredible addition to my routine. Honestly, if I were shopping all over again, I’d buy this again without hesitation. Even compared to much more expensive sauna setups, I personally prefer the convenience, footprint, dry heat, and simplicity of this. It fits my lifestyle extremely well and has become something I use consistently rather than something that would sit unused. A lot of the sauna research people reference has historically focused on hotter dry-heat sauna exposure, and for me that mattered. Being able to get that type of experience at home, in a setup that costs a fraction of a traditional sauna and takes up very little space, has been amazing. Highly recommend.

I have been having some issues with my lower back, and the Sauna Pod has been providing some much needed relief! I am in week 2 of use. I have been very happy so far. If there is any issue it is that once I enter the pod, it loses as much as 5 degrees and cannot seem to get back up to temperature

I love saunas. I find them very relaxing. One gripe I have with gym saunas is that they’re never hot enough. With this sauna, I can get it super hot! It’s amazing being able to have something like this in my own home. For the price, I’m very satisfied with its construction. Easy to setup, easy to maintain, easy to use. I love it!

Works as advertised ! The cover fits VERY snug on the frame, so assembly the first time requires some thought. Ensure the door flap is between two upright supports so the zippers are free to move. At 185F setting the max temp I have achieved is 174F, 10-15 minutes after entering and sealing up. My sauna thermometer is not calibrated so this may be off. I DO get the 'heat shock protein' generation feeling though, very different from my steam sauna. The camping style chair will compress 'male parts' , so I am looking for a high wooden bar stool for resting as at 6 ft, my head touches the roof if I fully stand, however I want to be in the hottest air. Wife happy with the chair. Oh, your phone will overheat so no scrolling :) The silver wall panels have nothing to do with the sauna pod, but indoor gardening.

Definitely enjoying our sauna! Setup wasn’t bad at all and it fit perfectly right next to our cold plunge! You definitely need to let it get to temperature before you get into it. Otherwise it takes much longer to get to your desired temp. Overall it’s a great setup and super convenient!

It's great and heats up fast, and is space efficient. I get a good sweat and feel great coming out of it. I only gave it 4 stars because the set up is not as easy as it seems. The circle base makes it hard to complete and the lights don't attach perfectly at the top. The cover was also very hard to pull over with set up as well which is good because it fits tightly but was very difficult for individual set up. Because of this, I don't think the sauna is as easy to move and will most likely be kept up so take that in consideration with buying it vs a permanent one. The temp gauge is also is about 5 to 10 degrees less than what the fan says and the heat is mostly above your head height when seated but the legs aren't as hot. Very good product and does get to about 180. Mine is on the 3rd floor of my house where it is relatively hotter and I covered it with some towels to insulated it. Don't have any of the accessories but maybe will buy some in the future as this was a big purchase. Definitely no bad fumes form the pod or chair but I switched mine out with a teak stool just in case. I do wonder how the plastic window will hold up. Very happy with it so far. Hopefully I won't need to contact customer service but if I do, I hope they're are responsive.

I do like the sauna, but it does not reliably reach and maintain 185° F. I placed a heavy blanket on the top which made a significant difference. For certain it is hotter at the top and I am building a taller chair bench which should help. I do wonder how hard it would be to develop a light strip with 600-850nm LEDs.
