How to Use

Maintaining your IcePod or LongPod is easy: use 1-2 oz of cleanser and a brush between water changes. After cleaning, refill with fresh water, add the stabilizer (2 oz every week) and you’re all set! For further details, you can check the instructions on the back of the bottle. 

This powerful combo keeps your water fresh for 3-5 weeks by treating, balancing, and conditioning it. It prevents scale buildup, controls odors, and softens the water - all without chlorine, making it safe for skin!

The Micron Chiller Filters allow for 24/7 water flow which maintains clean & clear water for weeks to months. The filter can be changed on the side of the chiller.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders from our warehouses located California or North Carolina depending on your location to make sure your order arrives as quickly and as safely as possible.

We offer Free Shipping to all of USA (orders above $100), with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska & military bases (shipping for these locations starts from $16 depending on the product and weight). We ship using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-3 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). RETURNS

Pods (LongPod or IcePod): If you are unhappy with your Pod for any reason, you have 30(!) days to return it for a full refund. Note: The product needs to be in unused condition, see our return policy for more details. You can take the Pod out of the box and check the size / quality with an option to exchange it for a different Pod provided you don't fill it with water.

Water Chiller: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarentee for our Water Chiller. To be eligible for a return for The Water Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it,  please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.
