How to Use

For best results, we recommend adding the Ice Bricks a few hours before using your Pod as it takes time to cool down. Once you have added in your Ice Bricks, cover the Pod completely to maximize their effectiveness.

Note: When filling the Ice Bricks with water avoid filling completely to allow the water to expand. This will prevent the Ice Bricks from splitting when frozen.

Our Water Jet also makes a huge difference as it stirs the water and the ice bricks, aiding the cooling process.

We ship all orders from our warehouses located California or North Carolina depending on your location to make sure your order arrives as quickly and as safely as possible.

We offer Free Shipping to all of USA (orders above $100), with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska & military bases (shipping for these locations starts from $16 depending on the product and weight). We ship using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

Tracking & Estimates:

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-3 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). RETURNS

Pods (LongPod or IcePod): If you are unhappy with your Pod for any reason, you have 30(!) days to return it for a full refund. You can take the Pod out of the box and check the size / quality with an option to exchange it for a different Pod provided you don't fill it with water.

Water Chiller: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Water Chiller. To be eligible for a return for The Water Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it,  please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

Sauna Pod: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Sauna Pod. To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it,  please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.
