We currently ship our portable ice baths to USA and its military bases. We ship all orders from our centrally located warehouse in Texas, using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

Failed or Missing Delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (The Pod Company) at the customers expense.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered:
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided. If your order is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, we suggest checking your mailbox, checking if household members received it on you behalf, checking with neighbours, contacting your local post office or calling the delivery company. To be eligible for a return of The IcePod, your item must just be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in new condition – and it must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included.
Water Chiller: We offer a 30 days risk-free money back guarantee on the water chiller, so you can test it and return it if it doesn't meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return for The Water Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

Yes. The chiller can easily be used with your current Ice Pod or even any form of other ice bath.
Connect to your existing IcePod: you simply connect the hose entering the water filter side of the chiller to the drain valve on your IcePod. And the second hose coming from the chiller pump goes into the IcePod over the top ring (see picture illustration in the product gallery).
Connect to any other Ice Bath:
You can also connect the chiller to any ice bath, bathtub, bucket - you name it. The chiller comes with pump and filter, so you simply put both hoses from the chiller into any body of water to start cooling it.

Based on tests, here is an example of the chillers capability:
In an indoor environment, at 77°F (25°C) room temperature, our chiller can effortlessly cool the water in the Ice Pod down to 41°F (5°C), and keep it at that temperature with minimal power consumption as it works on thermostat, which only turns on once every hour, to sustain the selected water temperature.
We recommend starting out at around 59°F (15°C) if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get acclimated to the cold.
We recommend setting the chiller temperature to 46°F (8°C) or above, as this will ease the power consumption & load on the chiller.
The recommended temperature from clinical studies has shown that the benefits from ice baths and cold therapy are achieved at any temperatures lower than 59°F (15°C)
We recommend cleaning the water filter attached to the chiller once a month. Simply take it out and rinse it with a brush and tap water.
Assuming each ice bath session requires around 10-20lbs of ice, and with an average cost of $3 per 10lbs, we have calculated that at 5 ice baths per week, the chiller cost is made back in 4-6 months. How much ice do i need to add?
We recommend adding 15-40lbs (7-18kg) of ice to the Ice Pod per session depending on the initial water temperature. The amount of ice needed highly depends on your tap water temperature, the climate you live in, and how cold you desire it to be. If you live in colder climates, adding ice may not even be needed.
Since the pod is insulated it will keep the water cold for longer, and you may therefore not have to add as much ice after the first time.

What temperature do you recommend?
We recommend starting out with your ice bath tub temperature at around 59° Fahrenheit (15°C) if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get acclimated to the cold.
How long should each ice bath session be?
To get the health benefits, you'll need to stay in cold water below 59° Fahrenheit (15°C) for three to eight minutes. Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. Each individual is different and some people can tolerate lower temperatures.
How do i drain the Ice Pod?
The Ice Pod comes with a tap at the bottom for draining. To drain it, connect a standard garden hose or simply open the tap depending on where the pod is set up.
Does it include a cover?
Yes. both the standard and Pro Ice Pod includes a waterproof cover to keep the water clean.
We also offer an insulated lid that will keep the water cold for longer.
How often should I clean/empty The Ice Pod?
To keep the water clean for long periods of time, we recommend adding either salt or hydrogen peroxide to the water. You can buy hydrogen peroxide almost anywhere online, just google it. For the salt solution, simply buy raw sea salt, or epsom salt and add around 1 pound (0.5kg) to a full pod. You can keep the water in the pod for 2-4 weeks when using salt.
With no use of salt to disinfect we recommend changing the water every 3-5 sessions.
Can The Ice Pod be set up outside?
Yes! We engineered the pod to be weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up Inside or outside, even in temperatures below freezing. The insulation layer makes the water turn to ice a lot slower, but we still recommend to stir the water at least once a day to keep the water from freezing completely solid.
