This floating lid is designed to go inside the IcePod on the surface of the water. If your lid doesn’t touch all sides, simply inflate the ring until it’s wrinkle-free for a perfect seal.

I really like The Pod Company Ice Pod so far. It feels much more durable and higher quality than the first one I bought, which is pictured on the right. My only wish is that it had two ports for connecting a chiller instead of just one, but overall it seems like a solid upgrade.
I love my new Ice Pod, I never thought I would say that about an ice bath but after using it for a week, I convinced of the positive health results! I am doing contrast therapy, using my Sauna Pod 2.0 for 20 minutes of 185 degree heat, then cold plunging into my Ice Pod.
I've used it everyday since it arrived. Its truly helped me build a routine and be more intentional about my day. I do think a white version could do well for a more outdoor intended pod so that it can reflect the sunlight. I am building a pvc pipe cube which will have white tarp on it so that the temp can stay the lowest it can.

Great setup for my garage! Glad I can now do my cold plunging year round in South Carolina! Only complaints are the mat that I ordered won’t sit flat, and the sauna mittens leaving wool everywhere when I use them.
I love my ICE POD pro. I still use the ice blocks but the upgrade to the more insulated and taller POD is nice. I am stuck on my ICE POD in the mornings and don't feel right if I don't do my plunge.

My brother set it to 50 ° F for some reason so at first I thought it was very painful but I am getting used to it now after just 3 or 4 plunges. It is still pretty uncomfortable but I am all smiles afterwards I am starting to really like it. I thought it would be and wish it was a bit bigger, but it works. No regrets!
