We engineered the pod to be weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up Inside or outside, even in temperatures below freezing. The insulation layer makes the water turn to ice a lot slower, but we still recommend to stir the water at least once a day to keep the water from freezing completely solid. Alternatively we have the Water Jet which keeps water moving at all times and prevents it freezing solid (plus it makes the water feel much colder)
If you use the Pod Chiller outdoors, do be cautious in freezing conditions, and follow the recommendations in the manual that comes with your chiller.
The LongPod comes with a tap at the bottom for draining. To drain it, connect a standard garden hose or simply open the tap depending on where the pod is set up.
For draining it indoors or over longer distances, we recommend getting our Extended Drain Hose
Yes! All our ice baths comes with a cover lid to keep debris out of it.
We also offer an Insulated Lid for the LongPod that will keep the water cold for longer.
To get the health benefits, you'll need to stay in cold water below 59° Fahrenheit (15°C) for 2-5 minutes. Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. Each individual is different and some people can tolerate lower temperatures.

We recommend starting out with your ice bath tub temperature at around 59° Fahrenheit (15°C) if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get acclimated to the cold.
For the seasoned ice vikings, get the water below 50°F to really feel the kick, and stay in for at least 2 minutes for optimal benefits.

Awesome tub for the price! I bought the normal round tub and used ice for a few months, the water would last around 2 weeks before I had to replace it and the temperature got down to around 55 with the ice. This is a breath of fresh air I love the filter and chiller water goes super cold although I can’t doit that cold yet, but the water has been there for 4 weeks and still crystal clear with adding the chemicals! Love it I wish I had got the chiller months ago! The long tub is great too, I would sometime feel like my knee-pits and armpits wouldn’t get that cold but with the long tub I can spread out great!
Great Products, long pod is the perfect size to have your legs fully extended. The chiller is the perfect combination to keep you water cold and clean. An improvement would be to specific instructions regarding using hose clamps and rubber fittings placement, initially setup was leaking. I made adjustments and got it corrected. Skimmer needs even smaller holes or made some type of liner to get the smaller debris. 10/10 Recommend!
I love this cold plunge, I am 6’5” and I can finally relax and stretch out in a cold plunge, even rest my head on the back inflatable part. Love it!
So far so good - still trying to figure out the most economical way to cool it down without getting a chiller since I won’t need that in the winter. The 6 ice blocks don’t make a dent in the 126 gallon long pod. Additionally, if you use it every day, the water probably won’t last 5-6 weeks or you need to use more water stabilizer. My water was gross after 1 week and I shower before each plunge.
Struggled a little setting up the first time but once it was done loved it! Very sturdy folds up easily for storage. Very happy with this purchase!

The long pod was easy to assemble. I put it on a wooden platform to create an air gap with the hot concrete floor is Houston, TX. I like being able to lay back and extend my legs.
The long pod is great , very spacious and the material is pretty durable . My husband purchased the pod for his birthday gift and his body definitely aches less from soaking ! The only issue we had is one of the ice bricks cracked open while in the freezer. We purchased another set & additional cleaning kit.
My husband set it up, and I used it the same day. I’ve used it a few times so far. Getting the longer pod was the best decision-more leg room! I’m very pleased so far.

Really refreshing to have a cool dip in the hot Florida afternoons. My only issue is that the heavy duty cover gets really hot so I bought a sunshade (for car window) to cover the top of the pod to keep the cover cooler and also it keeps the water inside slightly cooler as well

We swear by our ice bath, I originally got it for my husband as a Christmas present year ago, we haven’t missed a day since! People think we’re nuts when we say it actually gets us out of bed in the morning to go chip ice and sit in it😂 Summers are hard without the chiller though, to go through so much ice to keep it cold enough to feel like your body gets cold enough is a struggle but we continue to do it because of the benefits we have seen from it.
