You can take the Pod out of the box and check the size / quality with an option to exchange it for a different Pod provided you don't fill it with water.
Pod Chiller: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Pod Chiller. To be eligible for a return for The Pod Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
Sauna Pod: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Sauna Pod. To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out for size and assess the quality of material, but if you have used it then you are not eligible for a refund.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 10 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.

The mat works great I have carpets out in the summer and fall as well as being on a redwood deck it allows me to keep them dry when entering and exiting the tub as well as condensation reduction, It also protects the base of the tub from from loose screws, nails splinters etc.

The XL LongPod Floor Mat is a great addition — sturdy, well-sized, and feels premium underfoot. My only complaint is that I can’t get the edges to stay flat. No matter what I try, they keep rolling up, and I eventually had to use tape to hold them down. Aside from that issue, it does the job perfectly and pairs nicely with my cold plunge setup.

I am so convinced that this company is the best for a great customer experience. I had a bit of a hiccup at first but they requested videos and replied to help me get my set up complete. I have an outdoor shed I have set up that I call my escape shed and I have the sauna and the long pod set there for me to well, escape to and get some recovery. Both systems are giving all more than I hoped for. Yes, a good incitement for your health

The assembly instructions were a little bit small to read, and it made me miss a step that was quite important. When I saw the video on assembly it skip steps as well. I had a lot of leakage once I opened up the valves. I ended up figuring it out And I have no water leaking anymore. It’s been amazing, but you really need to be a little bit more thorough with the assembly instructions and make the font bigger for us old people who can’t see 😂
Helps reduce the condescension from the tub so keeps the floor less wet. Also seems to help insulate the bottom of the pod.
The mat is a great material, thick and soft. It’s plenty big enough to step in and out onto and protect the deck below it.

I love my Pod Company XL pod! The chiller is the icing on the cake. Customer service was easy to get ahold of and quickly addressed my questions.
Definitely need to add the additional insulation kit in AZ. Also some insulation underneath the tub. The concrete around the tub is cold telling be the cold is being lost to the floor. Wish the tub was slightly more rigid, maybe a heavier rail running around the tub, that and the hose connections sag which could lead to leaking later on down the road.

The mat is great, absorptive but dries quickly, helps control any water drip or spill over from going everywhere while you’re getting out of the POD. Easy to sweep off so it’s a clean place to put your bare feet before getting in.

The LongPod is amazing. I’m 5’10” weighing 178lbs, and when I get the water up to my chin I can use my feet on the other end of the LongPod to keep my body in position. Chiller setup is easy. Assembling the LongPod itself takes a little muscle to get the curved frame on each end properly installed. I would definitely recommend the LongPod and The Pod Company to anyone looking for a plunge without breaking the bank. The vinyl is thick and durable. And it even comes with a patch repair kit just in case you somehow damage the product.

It looks good. Kind of wish the line for the pod placement was not there it's bigger than the pod so it looks a little off. Great for the look and moisture for the floor and probably a little bit of insulation to keep it cold

Seems great thus far, minus the dirt and pet hair it has attracted, but it does a great job of covering the tile and keeping the water from pooling up when you get out.
Arrived quickly and is great to have under the ice bath!
The long part is everything I expected in a cold plunge. I do feel that the inlet and outlet connections on the chiller should be marked accordingly. I have experienced the level in the filter going down and have applied Teflon tape to the large threads, but the level will still go down after a few days.
The setup was quick and easy, and the system seems to work well!
