For best results, we recommend adding the Ice Bricks a few hours before using your Pod as it takes time to cool down. Once you have added in your Ice Bricks, cover the Pod completely to maximize their effectiveness.
Note: When filling the Ice Bricks with water avoid filling completely to allow the water to expand. This will prevent the Ice Bricks from splitting when frozen.
Our Water Jet also makes a huge difference as it stirs the water and the ice bricks, aiding the cooling process.
We ship all orders from our warehouses located California or North Carolina depending on your location to make sure your order arrives as quickly and as safely as possible.
