Pod Chiller: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Pod Chiller. To be eligible for a return for The Pod Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
Sauna Pod: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Sauna Pod. To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out for size and assess the quality of material, but if you have used it then you are not eligible for a refund.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 10 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.

Absolutely amazing! My wife got this for me for my birthday and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I already use this to clean my tub and then ran it through the washer and dryer and looks brand new
5 of 6 bottles had leakage! And though they were in indidual bags, the outer box was also wet.
The water maintenance kit was a must, however it arrived with all bottles leaking by the cap. The Pod Company remedied the issue and sent more. Great company, great customer service, and a great product. And my pod is clean!
By far the best investment I’ve made. I play basketball about 3 times a week and jump in the ice bath after every intense hoop sesh and I feel ready to go the very next day. This has helped me recover a lot faster and it keeps me fresh so I don’t feel sore the next day. I’ve owned this for about 2 years now and I haven’t had any problems. The maintenance package with the water stabilizer & cleanser are a must have in my opinion because it makes it easy to maintain and keep the water fresh for longer because they give you everything you need. I change the water out about every 2 weeks or so but if I didn’t use the maintenance pack, then the water would need to be changed after about 5 days or so before it starts looking nasty and ugly. Highly recommend getting, you will have no regrets!

Cleaning made easy
I love my pod. The water maintenance pack was much smaller than I thought it was going to be it seems to work good. I use ice pod ice packs to cool it down but I struggle getting the temp low enough. Not sure how to get it cooler. Any suggestions? Thanks for a great product

I have been using the sanitizer and cleanser since I bought the ice pod I have it on a monthly subscription. I bought the original one with no chiller or filter I use these products weekly to keep it fresh and refill it refill weekly. Hopefully I will be able to get the bigger pro pod. I did buy a filter but I had the wrong pod. So I just have to wait till I get the pro pod. Absolutely love these products they have been a game changer. Just been saving money till I get enough to buy the other pod.
