To be eligible for a return for The Pod Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
Sauna Pod: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Sauna Pod. To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out for size and assess the quality of material, but if you have used it then you are not eligible for a refund.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 10 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.

Absolutely love it. Easy to build. I get in every day. It is great after a hard day Work cool down the core. We built this box and put it inside. Also, the chiller is inside. To match our sauna.
Don't have room for a pod in the home, but the lid does a good job of keeping the water cooler than air temp. I use 12 ice bricks to cool the tub to 45-50 degrees and the lid keeps the temp overnight for my morning plunge

The hype of these things are real! I wasn’t sure if I would use it a whole lot but after the first week and a half of using it. My body doesn’t ache I have more energy! No need for coffee in the morning anymore! Can’t wait to see how I feel after using it more and more!
Cover definitely helps keep the water cooler, but I have already ordered the additional insulation wrap and cover for extra protection.
this is a fantastic lid to sit on top of the water of the long pod. I usually do cover up the entire unit with the cover which came with the purchase of the long pod; however, the water stays much more insulated and clean because of the long pod lid. Great addition to a great set up.

I had a cheapy 60 gallon ice plunge from Amazon when I upgraded to the pod company long pod. To be honest, I was happy (at first) with my cheapy but I had nothing to compare to prior. The long pod is so much nicer to stretch out the legs, lay your head back, and actually relax during your plunge. The quality is superior, has sturdier metals poles instead of plastic, and a very thick insulated pod to reduce heat loss and improve chiller efficiency. I wish I hadn’t wasted the money on a cheap ice plunge and went for a pod company plunge instead. I also own their sauna pod and the two products make for a perfect, affordable at home spa. I hope to own a chiller from them someday, but unfortunately can only afford a cheaper model for now. Highly recommend!!
I love that it floats on the water
I have had the long pod set up in garage for one week. Used multiple times already. Temp only rises about few degrees even though it’s hair that summer heat in garage! Loving it already and even better the invigorating chill that refreshed the soul!
Our kids & I got my husband the long pod for Father’s Day. It was a total hit! He loves it. We decided to put it in our garage and the set up was super easy! He likes to cold plunge then jump in our jacuzzi tub afterwards. Previously he did this at our gym which added 30 more minutes to gym time and being away from home. Now it can all be done in the privacy of our home whenever he feels like it. Perfect gift and we couldn’t be happier with it!

When I received my Long Pod, Chiller and Long Pod insulated lid, it had a hold in it and wouldn't stay inflated. The Pod Company responded very quickly to my request to have it replaced. The customer service was excellent! Now the new one is keeping the water chilled.
This works well as an insulator. I had to replace my first cover due to a tear. Hopefully this one will last longer.
