To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out for size and assess the quality of material, but if you have used it then you are not eligible for a refund.

I have been eyeing the IcePod for so long and I finally went for it. I thought I’d be the only one super excited about it but my entire family has been utilizing and benefiting from it. We have a 13 year old soccer player and 10 year old gymnast. My husband and I are both active as well. The muscle recovery, energy & mood boost, and stress reduction benefits have been so incredible in the short amount of time we’ve used it. My one and only complaint is that the water hasn’t stayed cool in the summer heat. We really want the water chiller, but weren’t really prepared to spend $$$ on that just yet. I do have a few suggestions that might make an already great product even better:
* It would be amazing if you could offer direct shipping to Israel (and other countries). I had to use ForwardMe, and the shipping ended up costing even more than the product itself.
* Unfortunately, when my package arrived, about half of the Water Stabilizer had leaked out during transit. Better sealing or a stronger bottle, along with some additional protective packing, would probably prevent this for international shipments.
* The lid could use a slightly clearer explanation or video. I wasn’t completely sure if it locks into place or simply rests on top.
* It would also be fantastic if the filtration pump could support both 110V and 220V (or have a simple voltage switch). I know this isn’t essential, but it would make life much easier for customers in Europe, Israel, and many other countries.
Other than those small suggestions, I honestly have nothing negative to say. The product is fantastic, the customer service is outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend The Pod to anyone looking for a cold plunge.
Finally, I really hope I win the chiller you’re giving away! 😄 Living in a hot country like Israel, it would make my cold plunge setup absolutely perfect.

My Ice Pod is the perfect size for me and goes perfectly beside my hot tub, so I can dip back and forth easily. Of course, always ending with the IcePod.
My only complaint is thay I didnt notice this filter-pump as a suggested item when I purchased the pod. Maybe my own negligence but Im not sure to be honest. I should come as a base package and something to opt out of. But... I do love it.. performs great alone with a timed outlet I bought separately.
The filter appears to do the job as intended. I run the filter when I am in the pod so that the water and cold recirculates while I am chilling out! Only wish the cord had an on off so that I didn’t have to unplug the filter when done.
Keeping the water moving helps keep it cooler longer also is crystal clear. This has been a game changer!! At some point I hope to get the chiller but for now ice works
When I first hooked it up it dripped horribly..i.found these yellow butterfly clamps...it works perfectly now!!

Little but mighty filter! I was looking for a filter to try and help keep the water in my pod clean since I don’t have a chiller. Simple hookup and setup, have had it for 3 weeks now and it’s kept the water very clean. My water used to only make it about 10-12 days before, especially in the summer being outside in the heat.
The filter works as advertised. It is a little tricky to seal and setup at first. I have had multiple family members using the plunge and the water is still clean after 3 weeks (with The Pod Company water stabilizer). Without a filtration system you will be changing water more frequently.
Great filter unit! Even better if you filter the water from the hose while you fill, and I recommended buying a few extras for quick swapping when needed. I purchased 4 extra filters myself and it’s been great and easy
This filter is definitely a must have if you don’t have the chiller that filters. Keep in mind, an inline filter for the hose that you fill your pod without being too is a good idea because it will filter out the sediment prior to the water entering this filter, making it last even longer!
The unit has worked great. I work in a front end loader 12 hours a day and play baseball as a catcher 3 games a week. As a 64 year old this is just what I needed!
Definitely love this thing, especially if you aren’t ready to commit to the chiller. It keeps my water clean and definitely aids in chilling the water when using the ice blocks. Highly recommended!
If you don’t have a chiller, which I do not, then you need this filter. It circulates the water in my Long Pod which means better uniform temperature. I do not need to change the water in the plunge nearly as often which helps keep the water bill down as well. Definitely recommend this product.
Filter works well. Didn't realize at first that it is set up to work with the Ice Pod Pro and not the standard. But I just put the discharge hose over the top of the pod wall. Only issue is it's hard to know when the filter gets dirty enough that it isn't moving any water, so have to check on the filter every couple of days. Just 2 weeks in and already ordering new filters. Otherwise it works great.
