Pod Chiller: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Pod Chiller. To be eligible for a return for The Pod Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.
Sauna Pod: We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee for our Sauna Pod. To be eligible for a return for The Sauna Pod, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out for size and assess the quality of material, but if you have used it then you are not eligible for a refund.
After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 10 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.

Does what its supposed to
I am happy with the purchase. It works well. I like the weight of it. I have one of those curly hoses and my Pod is not close, so when I attach this to the end of the hose I can just hang it in the tub and not have to babysit it and it's too heavy to fall out. Word of advice though, since it is a charcoal filter you should let the water run for a couple minutes to get all the loose charcoal dust out. I had was a bit over zealous to fill the Pod and take a plunge and just hooked it up and started filling and immediately regretted that decision, for the first few hours there was charcoal soot in the tank and afterwards I could see it in the filter.... But that was not a problem of the product, just me forgetting the subtleties of charcoal filters.

It works great. Just make sure you run water out of it for 30 seconds before sticking it in the ice bath to clean out loose carbon. I have high iron levels in my water and other minerals. Wanted to filter them out as much as possible to prevent staining and build up in the ice bath .

I've used similar products like this, especially when we had our above ground PO, takes out alot of sediment and other things when we filled our pool. Now with the icepod it helps since we are on well water. Works great

After letting the filter run for a few seconds I decided to see if I could taste the difference in the water. Now I know I'm supposed to fill the POD up but I wanted to really see what the quality of the water coming out was. It tasted like fresh spring water. I didn't taste that hose water that I remembered as a child. This was fresh. Loving it so far and hopefully it helps keep my POD water fresher longer.

Definitely made a difference in water quality in my ice pod from our ground sourced well. It's... kind of comically large and awkward but I can't complain about it's usage. Will definitely continue to use it and try to stretch out the lifespan as much as possible.
