IcePod Return policy

We have a 100-day worldwide return policy covering our IcePod, which means you have 100 days from the moment it is shipped to return it for a full refund.

The Ice Pod: To be eligible for a return of The IcePod, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in new condition – and it must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included. Please note that we do not provide free returns, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. However, we do not charge any restocking fee and offer a full refund.

Please also note that we do not accept returns for IcePods nor accessories that have been in contact with water. You can unpack the IcePod, try if it fits by sitting in it without water, and assess the materials and quality to ensure they meet your expectations. The Water Chiller: We offer 30 day money back guarantee of the water chiller, so you can test it and return it if it doesn't meet your expectations. The 30-day window starts from the time of shipment and receipt of a tracking number. To be eligible for a return for The Water Chiller, your chiller must be in good condition, not have signs of use or scratches/dents, and still have all parts and it's original packaging. We can only approve returns that meet these requirements.

Bundles: Please note, that if only some items are returned from bundles that include free products, and you decide to keep the free product(s) in the bundle, you will not get a refund from the entire order, but the value of the "free" item you kept will be deducted from the refund.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged for cash value.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we do not provide free returns, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. However, we do not charge any restocking fee and offer a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
